Know Your Counter-Party
The first part of a balanced underwrite is identifying experienced borrowers with strong credit. We filter requests efficiently to focus on top-tier borrowers and meet their needs quickly.
Underwriting/Valuation
This phase begins with a third property valuation. We model all projects of the investment proforma, focused on ensuring that 'day-one value through to exit' assumptions are accurate. Once our team has sufficient insight into the property value, business proforma, and borrower KYC, the full underwriting is completed – fully aligned with capital markets.
Closing
This phase is focused on the details of closing loans and market-by-market nuances. This team partners with our clients to close each loan, with the understanding that time is of the essence. We are hands-on with escrow and titles to ensure that timing is met and that no balls are dropped.
