Michael Miller
Founder and CEO
Michael Miller is a 25-year global consulting, finance, real estate, sales, and marketing veteran. As Partner and Chief Marketing and Production Officer for 5arch, Michael was responsible for building the sales and marketing program that generated a monthly average of $80 million in originations with a monthly high of $165mm in Q4 2020. Over his tenure at 5arch, the firm became one of the largest direct lenders in real estate-backed business purpose loans, with more than $2.5 billion originated across 6,500 loans across bridge, term, single-family, multifamily, and SFR portfolios. Michael also played a significant role in the sale of 5arch to Redwood Trust (NYSE: RWT).
Prior to 5arch, Michael co-founded Hyper Marketing and architected the roll-up of a series of advertising and media agencies which he later sold Epsilon, an Alliance Data Systems (NYSE: ADS) company, for $450 million. Throughout his career, Michael has held global leadership positions for McCann Worldgroup, Grey Advertising, and other prominent advertising agencies. Additionally, he led the development of global sales and marketing programs for brands including JPMorgan Chase, Union Bank, Wells Fargo, Google, Intel, GM, The Home Depot, Lennar, Extell, and Tishman Speyer.
