Michael Miller
Founder and CEO
Michael Miller is a 25-year global consulting, finance, real estate, sales, and marketing veteran. As Partner and Chief Marketing and Production Officer for 5arch, Michael was responsible for building the sales and marketing program that generated a monthly average of $80 million in originations with a monthly high of $165mm in Q4 2020. Over his tenure at 5arch, the firm became one of the largest direct lenders in real estate-backed business purpose loans, with more than $2.5 billion originated across 6,500 loans across bridge, term, single-family, multifamily, and SFR portfolios. Michael also played a significant role in the sale of 5arch to Redwood Trust (NYSE: RWT).

Prior to 5arch, Michael co-founded Hyper Marketing and architected the roll-up of a series of advertising and media agencies which he later sold Epsilon, an Alliance Data Systems (NYSE: ADS) company, for $450 million. Throughout his career, Michael has held global leadership positions for McCann Worldgroup, Grey Advertising, and other prominent advertising agencies. Additionally, he led the development of global sales and marketing programs for brands including JPMorgan Chase, Union Bank, Wells Fargo, Google, Intel, GM, The Home Depot, Lennar, Extell, and Tishman Speyer.
John A. Chiarelli
Loan Originations Manager
John A. Chiarelli is the lead Financial Analyst and Loan Origination Manager at Frontline Global. He was born in Long Island, NY, and graduated from Jack Welch College of Business at Sacred Heart University in 2013 with a degree in both Finance and Economics. His career started in Syndication, working as a quantitative analyst at The Richman Group, America's 7th Largest Rental Apartment Portfolio. From there, John went on to work in various roles in digital media investment at Gary Vaynerchuck’s firm, Vaynermedia. In 2019, John returned to University and completed a Graduate Program in Real Estate Finance and Investment at Fordham University.

John got his start in private lending, working directly for Michael Miller - former Chief Production Officer and Co-Founder of leading private lending firm, 5ARCH, lending out over $1B annually before going public via acquisition to Redwood Trust (NYSE: RWT). In their first 12 months, based out of their Newport Beach office, John and Michael closed over $300M worth of residential investment loans. John continues to grow in all aspects of the mortgage industry, including asset management, credit analysis, and originations.
